@lottie26 these are controllable by the account holder in the My Sky app. The web filter is called Sky Broadband Shield and by default is set to Age13 due tge regulation but is easily chsnged. The parental controls as such are also in the app if you have bought https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
