We have been waiting for our superfast broadband to be connected. There is a problem at Bt end even tho our neighbour has been connected with no problem.
I try calling to speak to someone about the progress and keep getting a message to give my mobile number to be connected to the online help which is no help at all.
On my progress for the order it says contact us!! CAN"T getting very frustrated
