I have the same issue and need to disable SIP ALG.

As others have noted there is no method for doing this oneself on the white Max Hub.

Help please.

@Lisa-P1987 can you please add me to the chat.

White hub box, was working perfectly fine for wireless calls for work and now sky have decided to turn the SIP ALG off with no advanced warning. If not back up and running then I will switch providers.

Re: Disable SIP-ALG

Yup! I tried emailing customer support and got redirected to the website on Sunday afternoon. From the website I eventually found a way to call. I was told by the support agent that the SIP ALG would be disabled for me by the network team when they were next in. That was Sunday afternoon, now it is Tuesday afternoon. Still no change!

I still don't know why the SIP ALG option been removed from the user's own control on the Sky Max Hub?

SKY, is anyone paying any serious attention to this thread of problems ? A lot of people are getting frustrated with this situation.
