Dead router

My router died totally after a thunderstorm. 

I have PROVED that it is just the wall wart which has blown up. 

The router works perfectly with a temporary battery providing the required 12volts.

All I need is to get a replacement wall wart. 

How can I get Sky to send one? None of the Sky diagnostics enable me to find out how.

You can't. Sky will only send out the complete package including new router as a replacement.
