Sky wifi hub max not finishing setup wifi issues

Just unplugged my old hub and plugged in the new wifi max white hub. It wont complete setup after 20 mins in the sky app then goes in a loop to restart setup. When i diasgnose issues it tells me there is something wrong with the wifi and tells me its switched off even though i have devices connected to it. 

speed tests on this hub are slower than my old one. Can someone help?
