I had a new Sky broadband box installed last week, upgrading from the old one and ever since our child hasn't been able access Roblox on any devices. This problem has been happening with our old box before the upgrade. All other apps on the different devices work, it's just specifically Roblox. We've tried to adjust the shield but still no effect on it. Thank you in advance for your help
