Hi all

Having fibre fitted shortly and I haven't got a ONT fitted. Should one be fitted before sky engineer comes, or will he install one on the same day?

Are you saying the property has FTTP already but the ONT is missing, or that it's having FTTP installed for the first time?

If the latter is the case, ONT installation is part of the process and will be carried out by either Openreach or Sky personnel.

Openreach should turn up as part of the engineer visits to run the fibre cabling into your home and connect up and ONT.
