Hi
Since moving to Sky I can't send email from my Mac Mail but can receive.
I can send emails in other locations (ie not connected to my Sky Internet).
Some further information:
It did not work when tethered to my phone.
Have tried port 465, 587 and 25.
Help greatly appreciated, as this is affecting my business.

Thanks for the reply. Can you give me an idea of how to investigate Sky Shield. I have never heard of it. What should it be set to?
I can unplug my router tonight. Will it automatically find the IP?

Your hub will fetch a new public IP automatically as long as you leave it switched off for long enough.
