Broadband speed dropped to unusable

My Broadband speed has suddenly dropped for last 3 hours so that all my amazon echoes have dropped of an can't connect to internet . Broadband speed test won't connect to hub

@Tony++hoover run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst will trst yourcsystem to find out what is wrong.
