Hi I moved home recently and no longer a sky customer, I was told I would receive packaging to return the equipment however it has still not arrived

Not receiving return boxes will not be a reason to stop them charging for non-return.

Either way you will need to use or get your won to use as you can print your own return label here:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
