Hi,
I've had a notification from my credit reference agency that a hard search has been carried out on my credit file from SKY UK Ltd.
This was nit authorised by me. I have not tried to open an account with Sky.
My credit reference agency have been notified and they also asked me to notify Sky.
I have tried calling Sky but they won't speak to me because I don't have an account.
How do I go about informing Sky asap so they don't open the fraudulent account?
