I tried to make a payment using the app. But when I tried to use it it says that my bill was not ready and I couldn't pay. Now I'm told that I owe £89 in arrears.

Yes but they keep saying that my bill is not ready. If the bill is not ready yet then I cannot pay it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs explained, you shouldn't need to ,manually pay it. You should have an automated payment set up. Sky will then take payment on your normal payment date.
