I have cancelled my subscription the 27 of November, during a call they the agent said I own a refund of 40£ something but today I still haven't received any refund. They also charge me one more month after cancellation even if I delete the account more than 31 days in advance.
I sent the modem back and follow all the procedures correctly.
At the moment I'm not in uk and I will not be there for a while so I want to try to solve this without spending a fortune on a call.
No agent chat are available and this is the only way to try to understand what's going on.
Thanks in advance for the help!

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
