Sky boost box return

Sky boost box smashed during furniture rearrangement. When I look to leave sky broadband what will happen?

As they would expect you to return it you would need to report it to Sky that is has been smashed, they would be within their rights to charge you for it so you would need to see what they say.

You are obliged to return it, at which point I'd imagine their logistics system would identify the damage and levy a charge.

 

If you didn't return it you'd be charged the non-return-fee and still get chased for return, because paying this fee doesn't transfer ownership to you.
