Sky VIP issue

Im trying to enter the competitions / sports tickets etc on Sky VIP and when I enter my details I get a message saying "Email address is already registered" and I cant enter anything.

 

Any ideas?

That usually means the email address has already entered the competition. Is it possible someone else in the house has entered it?
