You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here as this is mainly a forum where customers help other customers. There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here.
So are you saying you changed providers from Sky Broadband to BT and the BT (or maybe Openreach) engineer took your Sky router with them? If that's the case you're likely to be charged a non return fee by Sky.

So it will be likely you may get a charged a non return fee due to this. As per this page
If your Sky Q, Sky Stream puck or broadband kit has been loaned to you as part of your subscription, you'll need to return it to us when you leave. If you hang on to it, you’ll pay a non-return fee.

They should not have took it as it up to you to return it. If Sky are asking for it back all you can do is to call them and explain what has happened.
