As we have left sky we returned all of our equipment. I have a receipt for this and it was all posted back on the 8th December 2022. However, I have received a text and e mail informing me that you have not received it and I willl be charged. Can you look into this ASAP and update me please.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Hi my contract with sky has run out and I also cancelled any renewal but at that time I was going on holiday and never posted it back so now I'm currently in India on holiday and will not be returning to England til April, will it be possible for me to post it back to you then ?.

Sky will charge you for non return and refund the payment when you actually return the equipment.
