Good morning. I paid for the internet yesterday and today they charged me the same amount from my bank account. Will this amount be returned to my account?

Do you mean you've made a manual payment and then the direct debit has paid it too?

It will not be returned because what will happen is the payment you made will appear as a credit on your next bill so it will be used to pay the bill. Going forward you do not need to pay it yourself as it will be taken via your payment method.
