Hi, my account has been restricted due to non payment of bill. The main reason i haven't paid is i have been charged for equipment that i sent back! And have proof of postage.
yet when i ring I can't speak to antone untill i pay my bill and can't use online services.
how do i proceed to get my account back up and running how do i talk to sky??? Don't understand

Before Sky reinstate your services you will have to pay what you owe and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well.
If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, when you want, but until the bill is paid off in full Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay.
Depending on your previous payment history you may be able to pay all but £25 which will then be added to the next bill but this doesn’t apply to mobile phone restrictions.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but be aware this may not be instant (it also takes longer at a weekend). Once you’ve done all this, for your query regarding your bill/payments you can then contact Sky and discuss it.

Find out moreYou are going about this in the wrong way, the bill needs to be paid and if you have returned your equipment and have the proof of posting then we can arrange some help on here to get that charge refunded but nothing will happen until you pay the bill so that your services are restored.

I understand all that, but why pay for something I dont owe? Then have to wait for the money back, which will probably be just a credit to the account.
when the easy thing would be speak to someone at sky about the account they can remove the charges and done services back on.

Because that's how you get to speak to Sky to arrange a refund? You could write to them, I suppose.

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid. Any calls to Sky when you haven't paid will result in you being asked to pay. There is no way round it. Pay the amount they say you owe, set up a new payment method and then post on this thread again and we can get you some help re the non return fees.

Find out moreIt will not be possible to talk to Sky when money is owed to them which is why you have to do this in the order we have suggested, it is up to of course if you want to pay the bill but if you don't you will be stuck and you will not be refunded this money.
