Morning,
i wondered if anyone has had this problem, i had changed my dorect debit details, and on 28th April it tried to take payment which for some reason failed, i called sky straight away, they said no need to worry we try again in 10 days and as long as that goes through, nothing you need to do at all, i also them received an email from them stating this too, 10 days go by and the direct debit comes out, goes through, all paid and well and i think nothing of it.
next months payment goes out as normal again on 28th May, but now i have a notification that i have missed a payment to sky on my credit file ? Sky are saying its incorrect but no one know what to do! Has anyone had this issue and if so what have yoh done ? As its badly affecting my credit and we are buying a house this year so feeling pretty stressed for something thats incorrect.

Yes all shows as paid, and when i first asked the customer services they said i hadnt missed any payments anyway, i completely understand it wasnt taken on 28th but i called and have their email so thought nothing of it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sammm35 speak to the credit reference agency and tell them that it's incorrect. I'm pretty certain theu have a duty and responsibility for making sure their records are correct. They should follow it up with Sky.
