Account problems

I have been trying to add Disney plus to my package. It wont let me and I get a message saying my account is closed. Sky still take the money from my account and I still receive Sky TV. What is going on??!!

Are you signed in the correct account because if you are seeing this message then have you left Sky in the past as that will be why an account is closed so if that is the case you will need to setup a new one.

 

If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:


https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

@Collie+84  Did you leave sky at some point & then come back?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

My dad held the contract at a previouis residence, the sky contract was cancelled 5 years ago when I moved house and I took my own contract out with sky, though interestingly, it still has my fathers name listed under 'household account' which we thought was unusual!
