For the last couple of weeks I've been having problems with Eurosport. I set something to record but the next day it has disappeared. I set it again and the same thing happens. Last week I set biathlon 5 or 6 times only to wake up on Sunday and find nothing. I've just set tomorrow's curling for the third time. Anyone else having this trouble?

Just done it again. I set a load of stuff for Monday morning, checked it now and it's gone, and the programme names on the EPG have changed. I take it this is a Eurosport problem rather than a Sky issue?

Can you clarify what you mean by that? If Eurosport have changed the details in the TV Guide of what they intend to broadcast, it's possible that the new item wouldn't be recorded.

The programmes were called Live Beijing 2022. Same programmes now called Winter O.G Beijing.

It may be their instructions to Sky on how the name change should be applied to the TV Guide that has caused the loss of the 'set to record' indicator.
You could try a Planner Rebuild just in case it's a disk problem that has caused it, but I doubt that's the case. See step 2 here: https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/recording-on-sky-plus/sky-plus-recordings-other-problem

I'm having exactly the same problem. At least I now know why! Very annoying though -
keep resetting the recordings and still end up missing some....

I've sent Eurosport a message but whether it will get a response is anyone's guess.
Clive, you can send your curling recordings to me because all mine have just been blooming cancelled again!

It's most likely a problem with the metadata Eurosport provide to Sky, so best talen up with them, but you could also report it to Sky's Viewer Relations team : viewerr@sky.uk

I've also been getting duplicates of scheduled recordings for Eurosport channels. So on the planner the prog isn't marked as scheduled any more (because of the issue reported above), So I select record then in scheduled progs it appears twice. I assume this relates to the same issue but mentioning just in case!

I got a message back from Eurosport but there was a language barrier, she seemed to think I was complaining about the app rather than the TV. I've sent another message but I'm not hopeful.
The good news is that it only seems to be affecting the 2 main channels, I've recorded a few things on the extra 3 channels and they seem to be working fine. I'm using manual record on the main ones for now.

I got a mssg back from Eurosport after pointing it out to them... their response....
"Unfortunately, we are not in charge of the feed broadcasted through your service provider "SKY", I do recommend that you contact SKY support in order to troubleshoot the Box and resolve the issue."
Anybody get any joy in sorting this out as it's sooooo frustrating, it doesn't even record the highlight packages during the day either, so deletes them randomly

I don't think it's the broadcast feed that's the issue. It's the data in the TV Guide which is either wrong, or changes to it aren't passed to Sky in time for the TV guide to be updated - and Eurosport are absolutely responsible for both.
