Since upgrading I can't access Netflix . The app wants a payment method even though am paying via Sky. Anyone else had this issue or any ideas how to resolve it?
Since upgrading what?

Good point! Renewing my Sky + contract. Which had Netflix previously. Supposed to have been added back onto my account but I can't access Netflix as it is asking for a payment but am paying via my Sky account .

Sorry, called whom?
and as above, Sky+ doesn't have any apps so is this Netflix something you are running on another device?

@Daniel0210 I had Netflix previously as part of my contract. My contact ran out so have renewed and apparently I can add Netflix at extra cost to my new package. But it doesn't allow me to log in, asking for a payment method when I try. I will call Sky later.

As per the above, and my earlier reply please explain where you've been accessing and viewing Netflix as Sky+ does not support apps.

Called Sky
I have always accessed Netflix via my Sky+ box together with other apps such as BBC iPlayer to watch on my TV.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @HelenFN , I think perhaps you do have Sky,Q. 🙂 It's physically impossible to access Netflix, iPlayer or any other app on Sky+ boxes. They're not capable of running any app.

News to me but if that is the case then so be it. I still need to ring Sky though to get Netflix sorted.
