Thanks all for your help. Spoke to a v helpful gentleman named Mohammed at Sky and I now have Netflix again.

I'd personally go through netflix directly.
We upgraded(pah) and haven't had netflix for months and months.. paying for it through sky .. phoned them, messaged, chatted till I'm blue in the face.. there's always an excuse or reason they can't help..
It's that bad that I can't face dealing with them anymore so we're still paying for netflix which we can't watch..

Have you tried calling netflix in case they can resolve it?

Hiya, yes we called them and they said we'd have to deal with Sky first.. 🤦🏻♀️
