Paired Card now not showing channels

This evening out of the blue my SKY box asked me to pair the card with my SKY + box. I paired the card as requested now I have a message saying pairing successful and saying channels will be available shortly. It's now been over 5 hours and still no picture. What is the issue?

Thank you so much, I rebooted the SKY box Q01 and now have channels back.. thanks again
