Staying with SKY mobile, PAC code issue

Hi, I was with SKY mobile already and recently upgraded. With my new phone I was sent a SIM card. I have activated that SIM and asked for a PAC code to transfer my old number to my new phone. The PAC code arrived but I can't get it to work, I keep getting an error message when I try using the details/links and instructions sent with the SIM card. Does anyone know why it's not working? Is there a SKY number I can call to get assistance. Many thanks for any help you can offer.

You can't use a Pac code to move a number from one Sky sim to another Sky sim so you have a few options.

You could call Sky to ask them to cancel this new sim you activated and then use the one you have in your new phone.

If you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer it to a PAYG network and then use another sim via them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
