SIM card replacement
Can you authorise replacement sim as we cannot work it out

I'm afraid not as we are customers here so you will have to get in touch with Sky, use their social media sites (links at the bottom of this page) if you do not have another phone to call them on.

You need to follow the advice I posted above. When this replacement arrives and you activate it the other sim either the same number will be cancelled as it isn't possible to use two sims either the same number.
