Won’t let me upgrade mobile phone
Trying to upgrade my phone but I keep getting an error message every time. Spoke to Sky and they didn't help me what so ever! Anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it? Don't want to spend another wasted hour with Sky not helping me at all. This happens on their website and the app

The only way to get you upgrade order placed will be by calling Sky so did you ask them to do this for you ?

I want to be able to upgrade it via the app so I can see and read it all in my own time. They told me it was possible to do online but clearly doesn't work

I had the same problem with Sky I spoke with customer service they did not help me at all

Yip same here keep getting that photo saying unable to at this time -ahhhhhhhhhh
SKY tech team can you not resolve this issue very frustrating

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
The issue you're experiencing is clearly not affecting everyone otherwise the mobile forum board would be inundated with posts. The easiest option is to call Sky by dialling 150 free from your current Sky mobile and an agent can place the upgrade order for you.
