Trying to upgrade my phone but I keep getting an error message every time. Spoke to Sky and they didn't help me what so ever! Anyone else had this issue and managed to resolve it? Don't want to spend another wasted hour with Sky not helping me at all. This happens on their website and the app

I want to be able to upgrade it via the app so I can see and read it all in my own time. They told me it was possible to do online but clearly doesn't work

I had the same problem with Sky I spoke with customer service they did not help me at all
