Hello,
I've been trying to purchase a new Sky Mobile Monthly plan but have been unable to do so due to Sky's systems blocking it. I believe this is due to an old mobile contract still appearing on my account, making me unable to register for a new one. I spoke to a technician at Sky 2 weeks ago who said he would unlink everything from my account and 'rebuild' form there but have hear nothing since. I have also tried using a different email but again it blocks it, I believe due to an mobile account already existing in my name.
Does anyone have any ideas as would really like to take the phone out with Sky rather than going elsewhere. Or can anyone at Sky actually help??!
