I recently signed up to sky mobile and the offer I chose said my device came with a free Fitbit smart watch but I haven't received anything despite chasing it up twice.

Samsung Galaxy A33 5G 128GB, I spoke with a sky rep to upgrade. She said that when the old phone had been received I would get the smart watch. I also followed up and was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours; that was well over a week ago. Thanks for your interest.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
