Amount of Devices

Hello

 

I have paid a device in full and no longer owe any monthly payments, but still showing as a device on my account, when does this drop off? Or does it not, to potentially order another device as your only allowed 5 devices.

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

If you are not returning this device to Sky then it might not be removed but as it isn't an active device it will not count as one of those 5 so if for some reason you can't order a new one you would need to call Sky on 150.
