No signal or data network

So my phone 2 days ago wasn't receiving any signal or any network data. It just says at the top "emergency calls only " I originally thought it mabye a mast down but a friend i work with has full signal and data so I know its not a mast. I've gone every single check you can do to no avail. I even put a friends sim in my phone yesterday to see if my phone was the issue but it worked fine, so I know its not the phone. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was the next stepsas I'm running out of ideas? Thanks Graham

Re: No signal or data network

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If your friends sim worked in your phone then that might suggest that you need to contact Sky to get a replacement sim ordered so if you dont have another phone to use to call them on there they can be contacted via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.

Re: No signal or data network

I've just tried ringing through WhatsApp but it keeps saying no network coverage, I am connected to the WiFi aswell. Might be a silly question but how can I ring through messenger? Or WhatsApp? Much appreciate the help

Thanks

Re: No signal or data network

Same here. Since The day after they increased my contract by £1.50 per month I've had no data or network other than wifi.
