They sent a new sim card out to me and it was the sim card that was knackered. Tell them to send you another out and hopefully it'll be that x

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your friends sim worked in your phone then that might suggest that you need to contact Sky to get a replacement sim ordered so if you dont have another phone to use to call them on there they can be contacted via WhatsApp or Facebook messenger.

I've just tried ringing through WhatsApp but it keeps saying no network coverage, I am connected to the WiFi aswell. Might be a silly question but how can I ring through messenger? Or WhatsApp? Much appreciate the help
Thanks

Same here. Since The day after they increased my contract by £1.50 per month I've had no data or network other than wifi.

I can make calls and receive calls but cannot access the internet or apps, they work fine when connected to Wi-fi. I have approx 100gb of data to use. Sky checked my account and there are no issues with the network in my area. I am using an Iphone, it was working fine and then just stopped connecting out of the blue. Turned my phone on and off, reset network settings, reset factory settings, taken the sim out and put it back in, cleared my cache settings etc etc Still not working at all. Sky's last resort is for me to send my phone back for them to look at but I would be without a phone for 2 weeks. My phone is still in warranty and they will not send a replacement which I find strange as other mobile providers will swap the phone if still in warranty.
I have other Sim cards all on Sky and the same issue is happening with those Sim cards.
