Received replacement sim which should allow for increased data with a lower monthly payment. Phone works fine with the new sim installed, however my mobile plan has not changed (my sky app) from the previous deal I had. Tried to activate the sim as per instructions but no luck. Thankyou

A replacement sim will come with the same number so will be on the same package to the one it was replacing.
A new sim will have a different number and can be assigned a different data plan.
So how did you order this sim ?

I ordered it as an upgrade / new deal through SKY as I'm out of contract. Kept same number etc. SIM arrived as normal with an activation code. followed process as per My SKY app and on line. Phone works fine, but new data limit and cost remains unchanged?

If you kept the same number then this new data offer should have been applied to the sim you already had and not this other one.
