Sky e sim issues

I'm really at my wits end with sky 

let me explain 

customer for over 30 years with sky 

Have multiple devices and sky to either them about £200 a month with sky 

so pretty loyal and a good customer 

 

brought a new iPad Air in may with eSIM (had in previous iPad with them so a conversion)

problems begin 

tried to convert the e dim and sky had a issue call back in 5 days 

called back all sorted went through the process an issue sealift will phone me back    No phone call 

phoned next day again went through again same problem same promise   No phone call back 

phoned again told to order new eSIM on app got security code then just blank screen 

tried on 4 phones and online same issue 

tried 200 more times still same issue 

phoned again went through on phone again spealist department will phone me back  surprise supride never did 

move on 500 phone calls later 2000 try's at getting replacement eSIM 6 months later and still no eSIM 

and the kicker is I'm still paying for it but can't use it 

 

is it me or has anybody else had this dililsr problem ? 


any ideas would be amazing

Currently having the same issues with eSIM not downloading on iPad. Have contact sky multiple times with no result been offered call backs which didn't happen. It's a really disappointing service.
