How to delete old unused device

How can we delete an old used phone (device) which has been fully paid for and is no longer used?

You can't.  They are only removed when returned to Sky for a swap.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This device shouldn't count as an active device on your account as it has been paid off so shouldn't cause any issues if ordering a new one.
