I bought a phone on sky mobile it got cancelled that was £44.60 I was told I would be issued a refund within the next 14 days so I buy another phone the iPhone 14 for £44.60 again I wait about 3 weeks it doesn't come so I call up sky and apparently It was on back order so the girl on the phone cancelled it and got me the iPhone 15 for a cheaper deal anyways I asked her multiple times if I was going to be refunded for the two payments she said yes I genuinely asked her about 10 times and she said yes you will receive the refund in the next couple days to your original bank method I've went onto my sky account today and the money has been put towards bills and NOT refunded this company is an absaloute shambles and I will be leaving as soon as I can that's £89 I will never see again

Two years before I'm going in Stratford to get a phone in finance and the guy from the tell me my credit score is not so good and he cannot give me the phone but he take my £40 and he told me you'll get the money back from Sky and I didn't get nothing For two years
