Slow internet

So I don't get my sky broaband until 6th march so I'm currently using 4 however it's either not working or it's actually so slow it has taken me 2h to send a message... my app telling me I have 5G but my phones saying 3g like seriously it's just so annoying what's the acc point in paying for this SIM card nothing but stresssingggggggg me outttttttt
