Galaxy Tab A 9 LTE

I purchaced a galaxy Tab A9LTE a few months ago was intended for my husband to use

we set it all up and used a few times when needed, recently we went to use it so we pluged in the charger and fully charged it on to find when prompted to put in my pinn it declined me several times .

Now we cannot use it in any way , on the disply it say systemUI

could someone help with this for us as we are elderly and do not understand why this is 

i have emailed customer services several weeks ago and not yet recived a reply.
