A device on my account that was returned in a swap
I need a device taken off my account that was returned in a swapped 2 years ago. It now looks like I have an extra device. How can I do this?

You could call Sky on 150 to see if they can remove it for you. If they can't then as you are not paying for it then it is not counted as an active device so would not prevent you from ordering other devices.

Thanks for your reply, I spoke to Sky to ask them to remove it (and the chat online) and it seems to be still on my account! that's why I asked if I could remove it myself. Have to give them another call I suppose. Thanks anyway.
