Sky data plan out of contract

Hi, I currently pay £10 per month for 3gb data, however, I was wondering, since my data plan is over 12 months old and thus out of contract, I might be able to change to a free 100mb per month plan and utilise spare data from my piggybank going forward?

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, it's not showing that a downgrade is an option at the moment. You wouldn't happen to know whether I can retain my piggybank allowance if I were to go with a different mobile provider. I do currently pay for two separate sky mobile contracts on my account

The piggybank only disappears if you cancel the last SIM on the account.  (And data now expires after 12 months of being added)

Hi @Lauren179  if it's showing as an option in your account then you can downgrade your plan to that option. If it's not showing then you can't. You could try calling sky to see if they have any offers available to you. Call on 150.
