SIM card

I've had my device for nearly 3 years and it had its own phone number this now doesn't work it's linked it's self to use the same phone number as my mobile not the original number the sim was given

Have you tried changing it within it's settings, if this doesn't work call Sky on 150 so they can send you a replacement sim.

Hi @Cookc  if it's an iPhone got to settings, phone, my number and check there, if it's incorrect then change it, exit and restart your phone. It can take quite a few attempts to save.
