Return of a iPhone

I ordered a iPhone 16 pro and I didn't like it so I returned the iPhone back to Sky and cancelled the subscription and you are charging me for the iPhone that I don't have

@ELLYS  Did you get confirmation from Sky to return the device and also did they confirm the cancellation of your contract?   Did you return it within the cool off period?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And when did you return it so if it was within the 31 day cooling off period and you called first to cancel it then you will be billed Matilda the company that handles the returns for Sky has inspected the phone as this can take up to 3 weeks.
