Opening of Account without my consent

My name  and address was used to open an account with me knowing sending bills to me.Thanks

@Tj5  In case you're not aware this is a customer helps customer community, no one here knows who you are or even what account you're referring to!

@Tj5  Then you need to report it to the appropriate authorities ie the police and action fraud 

 

As far as sky are concerned they see you having an legitimate account and will bill accordingly
