Not been able to make or receive calls for hours now. Phone states I'm not registered on network. Tried everything virtual assistant suggested. Obviously cannot ring them as I have no network!! Any suggestions?

Are you new to Sky Mobile and have you activated the sim ?
Is the phone from Sky ?

Yes been checking service status on and off all day. States there are no issues in my area

I'm having the same issue in the Stockton on Tees area , message on phone saying not registered on network..

I am having exactly the same issue! I am on the phone to them right now. They are telling me they have to send me out a new sim but if others are having exactly the same issue then this is a network problem not a sim problem. I managed to use my work mobile to get on a call with them because the online support were of no use. I have been with sky for 2 years and this happened yesterday.
