I get an error - unable to connect to mobile data network when abroad, I have checked all online help, including requesting and installing new network settings to no avail. Data Roaming is on. iPhone 15

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Jonny-FP what country are you in ? Have you set a spend cap high enough ? Try turning off automatic network selection then do a manual search and choose other networks from the list to try.

thanks for the suggestions. Managed to get through to Sky support who suggested going through the process of resetting all network settings then removing SIM and giving it a wipe (presumably to remove any particularly persistent settings 😬). I was slightly dubious, but it seems to have had desired effect and can now access websites and other apps when not on WiFi.
