Problem with my order

Hi, 

I have just gone through all the steps to order a new phone.. everything got the end screen and just checked back and it says problem with my order. 
will it take a while to register the new order or do i need to speak to someone to rectify the problem?

Might be a good idea to call Sky to see what the problem was. If nothing else it'll save you trying to order again and encountering more credit checks.

Ok thank you.. have just rang and an automated message said "good news we have received your order but we do not have a delivery date" 

if nothing changes in the next couple of days I will call again.

Good news then. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.
