Been having data issues all week. The service checker is showing no issues in my area but data has been very slow when it does work but is not working most the day.
Reported the issue multiple times and not had any communication form Sky. I use my phone for work and its causing issues with what I can and cant do. Ridiculous that I cant get any data. Keep getting told to use the sky mobile app which I cxant access without data!
Can still make normal calls and send text but anything wifi/data related does not work

The 4G seems to not be working in my area ? Multiple people in my workplace are having the issue that we have signal, and have 4G displayed on our phones but none of us can load anything to do with the internet. It has never done this before in the year of working here, masts in area are apparently ok yet we are still having issues.
I have reset network settings, turned data on and off, phone on and off, etc and nothing is working to regain the 4G. Any ideas ?
Note: When leaving the area 4G returns to normal - Just want Sky to fix this instead of denying the issue - whats the point in paying for a service if I cannot use it.

Cellular data is separate.
Have you rebooted your phone?
Resent APN settings?
Checked your account has remaining data this month?
It may be worth asking for a replacement SIM.

I'm having a similar problem. Moved from 02 to Sky recently and for the last two and a half weeks I've had no mobile data at all. My WiFi was a bit glitchy but that's ok now so I'm using WiFi calling. I've spoken to Sky a few times and have reset mobile service settings a few times with no success. The service checker map shows either no known problems or that my network here is 'busy' Erm..I live in a rural location so unless the horses, deer and rabbits have mobile phones that's untrue I get texts every 4 days or so saying they're working on the problem. My 4 adult kids have iPhones too with o2 and ee. They've got full mobile data and have had no problems so I'm flummoxed Anyone got any suggestions?

No mobile data at all for over 2 weeks ***
And now I'm can't send or receive calls. No WiFi or mobile data. Yet my tv is unaffected. Thankfully I can hotspot from my son who is with ee now my new iPhone 15 pro max is not fit for service

@caesarome thank you for responding. All boxes have green ticks. It's so odd that I can only use my phone if I hotspot from my kids. It's so frustrating

Snap. For last week or so 2 out of 3 SIMs on our Sky account have had issues (the 1 working is on Android, the two not working are iPhones).
Occasionally when switching from wifi we might get data for a few minutes - but then when accessing the phone again after a short period (e.g. 5 minutes) the connection will be lost.
Our location is Cardiff.
(also a Spurs fan - maybe we are cursed).

sky mobile seems to be getting worse!!!
no phone signal inside or outside for most of thursday in llandudno - none today, work college has sky mobile and works fine on her iphone but my samsung shows nothing have rebooted so intermittant and slow

Where we live when I check sky status is stars the mast isn't working as it should, and engineers are working on it. Could be the same do you. It was out yesterday too
