Hi thanks for your response, I checked the link you sent me, it just comes up with sky's bog standard, so we don't have to do anything, "our networks can be extremely busy !!!!" blah blah blah etc.!!!!
what at 3am 4am 5am come on sky, get Ur act sorted!!!!!!
I still have the problem,, 2 weeks now????????

@caesarome it says there is no mast issues and I've tried everything I got told to do nut nothing works

I've tried switching phone off nd on I went into settings and reset network settings I've switched airplane mode off nd on and got sky to send settings but nothing worked.

There was a mast issue last Monday (29/07) which apparently got fixed, however a week later and we still can't use our data. Again have tried literally everything possible but no luck

I continually have to go into my settings on my iPhone and switch my mobile data from 4G to 3G only in order to get an Internet connection while I'm out and about. There are so many areas near me where my sky signal seems to offer me two or three bars of 4G but just will not connect to anything at all. However when I switch in my settings to 3G everything is okay I'll be it a bit slower. Very strange

My data never works when I go into Chelmsford town centre, just there for a couple of hours nothing, it says 4G / 5G but nothing loads.

Since last 4 days I am not been able to use my mobile data, I have restarted my device in our SIM card. But not still working
