Placed order for mobile device

Hi there,

 

I placed an order earlier today for iPhone 16 pro max on contract. I was just wondering how long i should expect it to take for a confirmation of order as it has said in-progress since placing the order and I was hoping for next day delivery?

It coukd take longer as it's the weekend. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.
