I converted my eSIM to a normal sim but I can't activate my sim as it still has all the information on my sky account to activate my eSIM has anyone else had this problem and how did they fix it.

Assume My Sky account login will be little use,
eSIM menu may have the option of convert to physical ?
call Sky Mobile and ask if they have to do such on receipt of physical or can it be done on My Sky & ask them if o guide you through the process if it can be done via My Sky.
Ire My Sky has variations but it's defo a "eSIM options" when I select manage sim on Sky Ire My Sky to convert to a physical sim.
